Samuel Clay Ridenour, age 23 of Andersonville

Samuel Clay Ridenour, age 23 of Andersonville, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025. He was born on February 14, 2002 in Oak Ridge. Sam was a graduate of Anderson County High School Class of 2020. He enjoyed video games and one of his favorite things to do was eat. Sam was a wonderful son, brother, and friend. He loved the Lord and was a member of Willowbrook Baptist Church. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, James Clay and Uvonnia Ridenour and Michael Williams.

He is survived by: father, James Ridenour; mother, Shannon Ridenour Millsaps and husband Nathan; siblings, Aaron Ridenour and wife Katlynn, Isaac Ridenour and wife Erin, Emma Ridenour, Landon Ridenour, Easton Bell, and Adison Millsaps; nephew, Aaron James Ridenour; and a future niece; grandparents, Harold and Lela Mack; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Uncle Larry Ridenour and Pastor Roger Leach officiating.
