Bobbie Sue Bean, age 75, of Speedwell, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025, peacefully at home. She was a member of Bradens Chapel Baptist Church and was the owner/operator of Valley Market and Deli for several years, where she was very well known for the best biscuits in Powell Valley. Bobbie Sue is described as the best mama to ever draw breath. She loved her children with her whole heart. While being known for her kindness and being a true friend to many, she was also known to be spunky and harmlessly mischievous at times. She loved to jokingly harass her kids with her not-so-pleasant singing voice. The family is finding comfort in knowing that she is rejoicing in heaven, singing horribly among fellow angels, with that sweet, smirky grin on her face.
