Edith “Susie” Lavon Pennycuff, age 80 of Jacksboro, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at her home. She was born on May 7, 1944 in Dayton, OH. Susie fittingly passed away on Christmas Day. Christmas was her favorite time of year. She always enjoyed baking and giving out cookies and candies to neighbors and loved ones. Susie was a woman of many talents, but her latest passion was raising African Gray Parrots. She enjoyed shopping and thrift stores were where you often found her. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by husband, Claude Pennycuff; mother, Helen Napier; twin brother, Eugene Caldwell; and sisters, Phyllis Fox, and Linda Napier.

She is survived by: children, Vickie Moody and husband Richard, Claude Pennycuff, II; grandson, Noah Moody; sisters, Karla Napier and Gloria Shelton; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
