Friday night crash on Stiner Highway and a Sunday morning wreck at Norris Dam

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (WLAF)- One person was airlifted from a Friday night crash that occurred along General Stiner Highway/Highway 63 east of La Follette near Mama’s Kitchen, according to officials. Another person was injured. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the 6:05pm accident.

When first responders arrived to Norris Freeway, no one was around this wrecked car.

At 2:33 Sunday morning, the call of a single-vehicle wreck on the Norris Freeway came in to central dispatch. “When we arrived, we found the wrecked vehicle with no occupants,” said Joseph Roach, Ridgewood Volunteer Fire Department Chief. The silver sedan hit an abutment on the Norris Dam. In addition to the RVFD, Campbell EMS and Sheriff’s Office also responded.
