La Follette Fire Chief sets record straight on false statements surrounding recent city election

LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- This is a statement from the Chief of the La Follette Fire Department Jimmy Pack.

To the residents of the City of La Follette:

As Chief, I feel it is my duty to address some false statements and rumors surrounding the recent election in the City of La Follette. I would like to state that the City of La Follette Fire Department does not and will not endorse any candidate nor does it provide any monetary support to any candidate.

We wish all candidates running for public office the best of luck in their endeavor in seeking public office. I hope this will end the false statements and rumors surrounding the City of La Follette Fire Department.
