LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- Saturday’s Veterans Day Parade is scheduled to begin in La Follette at 2pm. “There will be a lot of activity especially around the corner of 1st Street and East Central Avenue,” said Colonel (Retired U-S Army) Marvin Bolinger.

Saturday, November 9, 2024, beginning at 2 pm

Special presentations at the intersection of First and Central

1.         21-gun salute to our local heroes no longer with us

2.        Welcome all veterans as they march downtown

3.        Swearing in new marines

Lots of floats, special activities, band, politicians, and classic cars
