Carolyn Elizabeth “Nene” West age 78, of Rocky Top, passed away on August 2, 2024, at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. She was a faithful member of West Side Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, spending time with family and friends, and attending church. Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents George and Georgia Walker, Husband Vaughn D. West, and Daughter Easter Lee (Bunny) Phillips. She is survived by:

Visitation: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City.

Funeral Service: 8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pete Lowe and Rev. Mitchell Wilson officiating. 

Interment: Family and friends will meet on August 7, 2024, at Hatmaker Funeral Home at 10:15 AM to go in procession to the Ridgeview Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 AM interment.
