Friday featured another good turnout with 367 votes cast, down 37 votes from last Friday,. The running total stands at 1,899 compared 2,229 votes cast at this stage in 2022.

Below is a look at the August 6, 2026, sample ballot. Early voting began July 17.

Early voting hours for Saturday are from 9am until 1pm at the Election Commission office at 129 Church Alley at Jacksboro and at Jellico, 410 South Main Street, in the Municipal building.

Candidates are allowed to campaign but must remain 100 feet from the election commission building. Tents must be set up behind church. Candidates can not set up tents to the left of the building due to construction.
