LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Weather for this afternoon’s annual opening of the Dogwood Trails in La Follette should be sunny and warm.

A portion of South Tennessee Avenue will be temporarily closed off in front of LaFollette City Hall allowing space for the ribbon cutting and gathering. The ceremony begins at 1pm. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/18/2024-6AM)

  1. I COUNTED 45 DOGWOOD TREES OUT IN OUR COMMUNITY OF CENTRAL, WALDEN, PROSPECT, AND WEST AVENUE…WOULD LIKE TO BE ADDED TO THE DOGWOOD EVENT…THE DOGWOODS HAVE ABSOLUTELY BEEN BEAUTIFUL THIS SPRING..OUR TWO PINK TREES IN OUR YARD WERE SO BEAUTIFUL…GREAT TO HAVE THIS EVENT….
