Recognition of JHS Basketball Team and director of schools contract extension among agenda items

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The Campbell County Board of Education meets at 6pm today at the Campbell County Courthouse. For different reasons, the courtroom will likely be packed.

Before recognitions and dedications take place at the beginning of the meeting, a vote to extend Director of Schools Jennifer Fields contract (related story) is expected to take place.

Fields has one year left on her contract with it set to expire next spring. She is requesting a two-year extension.
