JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Campbell hosts Clinton in a 7:00 o’clock football game tonight. Connect to the WLAF – Lindsay’s Carpet & Paint Center video player to watch the live action along with lots of Holston Gases instant replays.

Never mind the won-loss records. All you can count on when Campbell and Clinton play each other in football is a fierce battle and a full house. Kick-off for this first Region 3 5-A game for the old rivals is 7pm Friday at Reynolds Field.

During the Price Era on The Hill, this series dating back to 1975, the first year of Campbell High, has been most thrilling. Campbell holds a 9 win 3 loss edge since Justin Price became Campbell’s coach in 2011. There have been two overtime games and two one-point games during that stretch with the Cougars taking the four wins.

Campbell is 2 & 1 with wins over Fulton and at The King’s Academy plus a loss at Halls while 1 & 2 Clinton has a win at Scott and home losses to Cleveland and Knoxville West.
