LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Zach Sheets, Edward Jones Financial Adviser, had been in the business about a year when the opportunity to open his own office in La Follette came about. The affable Sheets celebrated his 10th year Thursday and called coming here “a gift” back in 2023.
From noon until 2pm yesterday, Sheets welcomed friends by his North Massachusetts Avenue office for lunch and chit and chat and a look back and a glance ahead. “I’m glad you’re here. You are a workhorse, and I really appreciate you,” said Campbell County Mayor Jack Lynch.

In typical Sheets fashion, he returned the kind words with words of appreciation for being in Campbell County and the reception he received a decade ago. “Everything has been so amazing, and I’m so thankful I made that choice,” said Sheets.

Crystal Allen is Sheets administrative assistant, and Sheets expressed his appreciation to Allen. “I was so fortunate when she decided to come onboard here seven years ago,” said Sheets.

A few of the organizations where Sheets devotes time and energy are the South Campbell County Rotary Club, Habitat for Humanity, the Lions Club, the chamber of commerce. The list goes on.

Sheets traditionally hosts annual drives; school supply, Thanksgiving food and toys for Christmas. “It doesn’t go unnoticed. Those school, food and toy drives, all the committees and boards you serve,” said Missy Tackett, Executive Director of the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism.

“It’s been a pleasure. The time has flown by,” said Sheets. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/26/2023-6AM)
