LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – It was 70 years ago next month when WLAF opened in the Piedmont Hotel and went on the air. This year, the Fleet Building, once the Piedmont Hotel, celebrates its 100th year.

This Throwback Thursday is from the 1950s. The well dressed man in the wagon is Leanard Longmire. He was the service manager for the local Chevrolet dealership.
