LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – There may be some traffic woes for those traveling Highway 63E Monday in and around the Myers Lane and Davis Chapel turnoffs. This leg of the project was to have started on Thursday, but the rain pushed the start back to today. Expect detours as these road tie ins take a couple of weeks to complete, weather permitting.

Travelers of the Davis Chapel turn off here at Middlesboro Road are expected to see work begin on Monday.

TDOT tells WLAF that work is scheduled to begin at the Davis Chapel turn off sometime Monday with traffic re-routed to Carr-Wynn Rd.
