Bill Archer was a Tennessee fan through and through.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Bill Archer, the retired former Clerk & Master and skilled fisherman, died Friday night after a brief illness. The well liked Archer passed away at Tennova’s Turkey Creek Medical Center at Knoxville.

Clerk & Master Dennis Potter announces that out of respect to the family of the late Bill Archer and the staff of the Campbell County Clerk & Master’s Office, the Clerk & Master’s Office will be closed on Tuesday, the day of Bill Archer’s services.
