Wlaf1450JELLICO, TN (WLAF) – Two men were arrested by officers with the Jellico Police Department on Wednesday afternoon on charges of prostitution.
Based on records at the Campbell County Jail, 80 year old Henry Ray Lewallen of Brick Plant Lane, Jellico, was arrested in the High Street parking lot. Lewallen, charged with prostitution, was freed on his own recognizance Thursday evening.
On High Street is where James Troxell, 46, of Catholic Avenue, Williamsburg, Kentucky, was arrested by a Jellico Police officer. Troxell, facing a patronizing to prostitution charge, is free on a $1,000 secure bond.
Both men are due in court on Tuesday. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 09/02/2022-6AM)
I have known James Troxell for many yrs,and there’s no way that he’s guilty of these charges, it’s a SETUP , he’s just not that !!!!!
