JELLICO, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputies went looking for their man and find him asleep.

Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Jacob Fox went to 395 Brickplant Lane, Jellico to look for Jack Webb about a failure to appear warrant. When Fox arrived at the home last Saturday morning, he saw the front door was open. He then noticed Webb seated in a chair in the living room, and he appeared to be asleep, according to a report from the sheriff’s department.

It was about 1:30am when Fox made contact with Webb and placed him under arrest. Fox searched the man’s right front pocket and allegedly found a small black container with a small round pill that Webb allegedly stated was Suboxone.
