About SpayCC
SpayCC was formed in 2016 to combat the pet overpopulation in our communities and to
reduce the intake at the local shelter. SpayCC is an all-volunteer organization, with no paid
positions.
The organization works with two local, private owned veterinary clinics, LaFollette Veterinary Services
and Jacksboro Veterinary Services, who have given the low-cost program reduced pricing for
spay/neuter services, and have included a 1 year rabies vaccination, the day of service, free. In 2020
the Campbell County Animal Shelter opened their public spay/neuter clinic and joined our program as a
service provider with reduced pricing for services and also include a free, 1 year, rabies vaccination the
day of service.
