LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The Tennessee State Flag Stars were painted on Saturday.  The stars were etched on the north side railing, and were painted on Saturday.

Perhaps it was only fitting that La Follette native Rick McCullah painted the stars on the refurbished bridge.
