JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The following indictments, including eight for DUI, were returned yesterday by the Campbell County Grand Jury. These individuals will be arraigned Dec. 9 at 8:30 am in criminal court.

  • Felix Graham IV – DUI, possession of schedule VI controlled substance
  • Sonya Brown- DUI, possession of schedule II controlled substance, introduction of contraband
  • Debra Marlow- aggravated domestic assault
  • John L. Smith – DUI, possession of schedule VI controlled substance, possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession drug paraphernalia
  • Cindy Heatherly – reckless driving
  • Hollie Minton- fourth offense driving on revoked license, criminal trespassing, felony evading arrest
  • Karen Smith- DUI
  • Samuel Goemaere- second offense DUI
  • Andy Jones- DUI, possession of schedule IV controlled substance
  • Sheena Price, Jerry Lawson- aggravated burglary, possession drug paraphernalia (JL), possession schedule III controlled substance (SP), vandalism, criminal trespassing
  • Aaron Bell- auto burglary, theft under $1,000, vandalism under $1,000
  • Joseph Kitts- two counts of theft over $1,000
  • Roger Derrick Byrge- possession of Meth over 26 g with intent to sell in drug free zone, possession of Meth over 26 g with intent to deliver in drug free zone, possession drug paraphernalia
  • Josh Wagers, James Chambers, Amber Muse, Auberne Sparks- aggravated child neglect or endangerment (JW and AS), possession schedule V controlled substance with intent to sell (JW & AS), possession of Meth over .5 gram with intent to sell, possession schedule III controlled substances with intent to sell, possession drug paraphernalia, simple possession of marijuana, criminal impersonation (AM), criminal trespass (JW)
  • Johnny Davis- aggravated stalking
  • Tyler Doney- DUI
  • Blake Campbell – DUI
  • Ashley Moser – tampering with evidence, introduction of contraband, possession schedule III controlled substance, criminal impersonation, failure to appear
  • Keith Shanks- DUI, DUI over .08
