“Relationship-building is the key and the main reason why we do these camps,” said Coach Brad Honeycutt. “We want these kids to come to our games and talk to us, and we are going to do the same with their games. We plan on getting to games at our elementary schools and middle schools, because we want to build relationships with these kids,” Honeycutt continued.

“They (campers) have played with their friends growing up, and we want them to do the same here at the high school,” mentioned Honeycutt. “The community aspect is something that we do extremely well here in Campbell County. Both Jellico and we have great community atmospheres. Not a lot of other places, other than some 1A schools, have that, and we are privileged to have such a special community turnout. We want these kids to experience that.” (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED 7-16-2026 6 AM)
