Walter “Buck” Thomas Hatmaker Sr., age 82 of Rocky Top, Tennessee passed away on May 16, 2026 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Buck was born March 28, 1944 in New River, Tennessee to the late Isaac Thomas Hatmaker and Edna Mae Elliott Hatmaker.

Visitation: 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Tennessee Hollow Baptist Church in Briceville. 

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 23, 2026 at Tennessee Hollow Baptist Church with Rev. Troy Harmon officiating.

A graveside service will be held following the funeral service on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
