Tommy McDeerman, age 86, of Jacksboro

Tommy McDeerman, age 86, of Jacksboro passed away on Monday, 

July 27, 2026. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Caryville and was a retired heavy equipment operator. Preceded in death by wife Wanda Hill McDeerman, parents: Robert and Paryzida Wilson McDeerman, sisters: Robbie Sue Bailey, Genneat McDeerman, Jewell Gross, Evelyn Hope, Margaret Frabott, Carolyn Dilbeck, son-in-law; Bobby Joe Campbell.

Survived by

Daughters: Lisa Campbell, Keisha Johnson and husband Kevin

Son: Keith McDeerman and wife Juanita 

Grandsons: Rhett Campbell, Keaton McDeerman, Eli Johnson and Jacob Johnson

Several Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends from 5:00PM-7:00PM Thursday July 30, 2026, with a service to follow at 7:00PM in the Chapel of Cross-Smith Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Mitchell Wilson.

Family and friends will meet at 10:00AM on Friday July 31, 2026, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Sharp Cemetery in Caryville for Interment at 11:00AM.
