THP charges man with DUI along with a variety of violations

DUFF, TN (WLAF)- Troopers of the Tennessee Highway Patrol patrol the entire state, and Big Four Road is no exception. It was on Big Four Road around sun up on Sunday when a trooper performed a traffic stop.

The driver was identified as 43 year old Jesse Brusman of Cincinnati. Brusman was charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law- seat belt law- lane law- open container law plus unregistered vehicle on a highway and improper use of vehicle registration. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-08/26/2026-6AM)
