It was a wet and windy Louie Bluie Festival at Cove Lake State Park on Saturday. Despite the weather, people came out and enjoyed music, art and food at the 17th Annual event. Musicians pictured playing on the Sounds Like Home Stage.

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF)- Here’s a look at Saturday’s Louie Bluie Music and Arts Festival.

Campbell County Chamber of Commerce Administrative assistant Dena Miller, Campbell County Chamber of Commerce Director Missy Tackett, and Cyndi Russell with ORNL Federal Credit Union.


Pinatas making, barrel making, square dance calling, and other traditional arts were represented at Saturday’s festival.


Joseph and Samantha Hensley demonstrated the art of instrument repair and building at this year’s Louie Bluie Festival as part of the Tennessee Arts Commission Master and Apprentice program. 

Mother Daughter duo Jeanette Underwood and Charlotte Underwood were demonstrators at this year’s Louie Bluie Festival as part of the Tennessee Arts Commission Master and apprentice program.  The Underwoods demonstrated Traditional Appalachian Agricultural practices.
