Rachel Anne Norman McNeil, age 83, of LaFollette, Passed Sunday on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 at LaFollette Medical Center.
She was preceded in death By Husband and soulmate: Bill McNeil,

Brothers: Homer Jr (Charles) and David,
An unknown Angel child she lovingly called Lil George,
Daughter: Kelly Jo Amanda,
Beloved Son in-law: Matthew Hatmaker,
Special friend: Clara Mae Hatmaker,
Father and mother in-law: Elmer George McNeil and Laura McNeil Wallace,
Stepfather in-law: Tilden Wallace,
Niece: Mary “Libby” Norman Middleton,
Nephew: Bobby Norman.

She was a huge UT Football and Basketball fan and enjoyed watching videos of old games, as well as an avid crafter enjoying knitting, crocheting and cooking, and loved genealogy and exploring her family tree.
If you knew Rachel, then you were loved and prayed over.

Derrick Hembree Officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15am on Friday, June 27th, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for an 11am Interment Service.
