Oma Gay Kennedy, age 80 of Briceville, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at her home. She was born on June 1, 1945 to the late Jessie Clyde and Thelma Combs Baldwin in West Virginia. She enjoyed growing flowers and just riding around with her son Eddie.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband, Charlie Kennedy; son, Charlie Kennedy, Jr.; and six siblings.

She is survived by: son, Eddie Kennedy; grandchild, Samantha Kennedy; and great-grandchildren, Zachary Kennedy and Annie Kennedy.
