CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF)- It’s that time of the year again for the McCullahs and Allens to reunite at Cove Lake State Park’s Shelter number one at 1pm, on Sunday.
This reunion has become a Campbell County staple for at least a decade.
Family members and friends come from all over to gather at the park, from right here in LaFollette and Jacksboro, or as far as Knoxville and even Florida. However, you don’t have to be a McCullah or Allen to attend as everyone is invited.

Last year, the reunion saw more than fifty people come together for lunch and fellowship. The two families and friends will meet following Sunday morning church service, with most of the families attending Stinking Creek Church of God and LaFollette Church of God.
If you attend, you are encouraged to bring a covered dish or two as well as family photos and memories. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED 06-02-2026 6AM)
