Mary K. Rutherford, age 79, of LaFollette, passed away on Saturday, March 1st, 2025. She was a member of Branam Church of God. She is preceded in death by Son: Leroy Rutherford, Parents: Thomas and Julie Madison Dilbeck, Brothers: David Dilbeck, Rev. Junior Dilbeck, and Tommy Dilbeck. Sister: Dena Jones.

Survived by:

Husband: Hubert Rutherford.

Son: Michael Rutherford.

Grandchildren: Michael Rutherford, April Ward

Great-Grandchildren: Dewayne Ward, Jacob Ward, Ryan Seals

Sister: Renda Riggs and husband Ray.

Father-In-Law: Sil Rutherford

Funeral services 1pm Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, Cross-Smith Chapel.

Rev. Lester Bolton officiating.

Interment to follow in Peabody Cemetery.

Family will receive friends 5pm-7pm Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home.
