Mary Elizabeth Mynatt, 81, of LaFollette

Mary Elizabeth Mynatt, age 81 of LaFollette, went home to be with her heavenly father on Monday August 17, 2026. Mary will be missed by all that knew her. She enjoyed cooking for her family, and fishing with them as well, having a cup of coffee all through the day. She always ended her night with her nightly prayer with her granddaughter.

Mary is preceded in death by her father, John Green; mother, Ruby Bowlin; infant grandson, Jaeden Skylar; son-in-law, Mike Hakala; niece/ sister, Michelle Yates; and great niece, Danielle Hasson.

Mary is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Graves of Jacksboro, Veronica Hakala of LaFollette, and Amy Bolton of LaFollette; son, James (Jimmy) Mynatt of LaFollette; ex-husband, Jim Mynatt; special granddaughters, Destiny and Trista Ayers and husband Ryan; grandsons, Justin Graves, James York, and Jeremy York; granddaughters, Rebecca York, Kristin Graves, Jamie Tielman, Jessica Saylor, Raelyn Mynatt, Alicia Tidwell, Lauren Graves; her sweet animals, Daisy and Sophie; sisters, Ella Heatherly, Jewell Thompson, Martha Harris, Rosetta Fisher, Tommy Bowlin; several nieces , nephews, and great grandchildren; special friends, Bobby, Sharlene, Sandra, and Jr.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM with Rev. Bill Rutherford officiating.
