Lyons Liquor Locker is just a 1/2 mile from downtown LaFollette and is a “destination liquor store offering a curated selection of wine, beer, and spirits – along with weekly features, tasting, and special releases.”
“Come check out our collection of Woodford Reserve Norris Lake Bottles, we are now offering nine different Norris Lake bottles. We will be launching Seltzer Saturdays in April and have them throughout the summer,” said store manager Tana Daugherty.
Seltzer Saturdays kicked off last Saturday, April 11, from 12-4 with Carbliss.
The store will be donating $1.00 of every purchase of Good Boy and Lucky One Seltzers 4packs and 8packs to the Chains Free Organization of Campbell County for the month of April.
Other specials include 2 for $5 Moncos and 2 for $10 Beat Box
“We also will be offering $1.00 off of selected wine case deals, which will include mix and match on certain products, and we have new Lenny’s Merchandise for sale!” Daugherty said.
The business is located in the original Lyons grocery store building, “which tells a story all on its own, from the original LYONS grocery sign to original newspaper ads turned into a beautiful display of wall art, to the original octagon pillars that are outside.”
Lyons Liquor Locker is owned by Cameron McGhee and Phillip Boshears; both are natives of Campbell County and “love their hometown.”
“Their vision of bringing the past with the present is remarkable and it is displayed in their store. Their store has a very old school approach to treating everyone the same and welcoming all,” Daugherty said.
