Lloyd, former police officer, indicted on felonies

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN. (WLAF)- A former law enforcement officer has been arrested on a sealed indictment. Isiah Lloyd, who has worked for the Tennessee Highway Patrol and the City of LaFollette is facing charges of official misconduct and coercion/influencing a witness.
