CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- Through a collaboration of the Bissell Pet Foundation, Spay Campbell County Tennessee Pets,  Friends of Campbell County TN Animals and the Campbell County Public Spay/Neuter Clinic, Campbell County residents can get their cats fixed for $10, includes spay/neuter service, 1 year rabies vaccination, HCP vaccination and either microchip or ear tipping.
