Karen Leinart, age 64 of Andersonville, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at her home. She was born on April 23, 1961 to the late Clyde Wilbur and Thelma Marie Ellison Hill also there in Andersonville. She loved all children and never met a stranger. When you entered her home, you were a friend. Karen liked flowers and just loved life. Karen was of the Baptist faith. She will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Jaxson Edward Grainger; sister, Lois Ann Hill; special uncle, Vernon Ellison; and husband, Fredrick Luke Rosenbalm.
Karen is survived by: husband of 22 years, Charles Leinart; brother, James Lee Hill (Misty); children, Loretta Williams (Wayne), Rebecca Hill (Michael), Fredrick Rosenbalm (Betha), Abigail Reeves (Tyler), Samantha Leinart (Doug), Madison Leinart, Skylar Rosenbalm, Mileah Grainger, Jaden Grainger, Noah Grainger and Darrell Leinart; three step-children; grandchildren, Brianna Hickman (Michael), Mason, Luke, Keaton, Grayson, Kaceson, Emma, Charlee, Carter, Carson, Houston, and Addie; great-grandchildren, McKinley, and Brantley; several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. Wayne Williams officiating. Her graveside service will be on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at 3pm at Robbins Cemetery in Dutch Valley with Rev. Jason Goans officiating. www.leachfamilyfuneralhome.com
