LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)- Looking for a job? Or want to learn more about employment opportunities in the area? Head out to the job fair today, Tue., Oct. 22, from 9 am to noon, at the Food City Center at Woodson’s Mall. There will be multiple employers at the fair to visit with potential employees.

“We are so happy to have Woodson’s Mall host again this year. Partners are the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce, TN College of Applied Technology Jacksboro (TCAT), the Campbell County Mayor’s Office, Roane State Community College and Campbell County Schools/CTE Programs,” said Campbell County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Executive Director Missy Tackett.

“This will be a big one, and is a great thing for our community,” said Campbell County Mayor Jack Lynch, who added that it was “a huge benefit for employers and employees” to hold these job fairs regularly in the community.

“Several employers like Camel Manufacturing are coming to set up booths and show the students and others what Campbell County is doing and the job opportunities that are here,” Lynch said, adding that he hoped there was a great turnout from both Campbell County High School Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Jellico High School CTE students.

Express Employment Professionals and the American Job Center Staff will be on site on Tuesday to “help with resume writing and interview tips.”

The Job Fair will be held at 2221 Jacksboro Pike, LaFollette, at the Food City Center at Woodson’s Mall.
