Joann Cordell, age 71, of LaFollette passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. She was a member of West LaFollette Baptist Church. Preceded in death by Son: Mark Cordell, Parents: Evan and Barbara Cordell, Della Cordell, Sister: Connie Noonan, Brothers: Bobby Cordell and Kenneth Cordell.

Sisters: Wendy Cordell and wife Lisa Cordell, Kathy Walker

Brothers: Keith Cordell, Evan Cordell Jr.

She shared a mother-daughter bond with Gena Huckaby and her children Brandon, Brooklyn Grace, Bryson, Brianna, Brittany

Nephews and Nieces: Amy, Amanda, Travis, Lindsay

Great Nephews and Nieces: Jonaya, Mary Lynn, Karson, Zeke, Zander, Deborah, Sidney, Savannah, Tatum

Funeral services 2 PM Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Hatmaker officiating. Interment to follow funeral service at Peabody Cemetery.
