Jimmy Ray Hatfield, 77, formerly of Speedwell

Jimmy Ray Hatfield, 77, of Bowling Green, Ohio, formerly of Speedwell, Tn. Passed away on August 1, 2026. He was known to family and friends as “Jim I” and his presence will be deeply missed. Jimmy was born January 2, 1949 in Clairfield, Tn. to the late Hubert and Amy Mallow Hatfield. Along with his parents he was also preceded in death by brothers Johnny and Junior Hatfield.

He is survived by his son Jason Jones of Speedwell, Tn and his daughter Bambi Hatfield of Ohio

Brothers Roy Hatfield of Lima, Ohio, Albert Hatfield of LaFollette, Tn., Gary Hatfield of Clearwater, Florida and William Hatfield of LaFollette, Tn.

Sister Betty Babb of LaFollette, Tn

Several nieces and nephews

Aunts Ruth Irvin and Marie Leach of Speedwell, Tn.

A Celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held at a later date.
