James Michael Daugherty, age 58, LaFollette

James Michael Daugherty age 58 of LaFollette passed away on Sunday July 5, 2026, at his residence. He was born July 15, 1967, in Dayton Ohio. James was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. He loved fishing, hunting, anything to do with the outdoors and working on his car.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Daugherty.

James is survived by his parents William Conda and Shirley Ann (Miller) Daughety; his son Dustin Daugherty and wife Makayla of LaFollette; his daughter Alyssa Daugherty of LaFollette; his grandson Beckham Daugherty; his sister Michelle Broyles and husband Richard of Jacksboro; his nieces and nephews Brittany Murray and husband Randall, Nikki Patton and husband Brandon, Myla Broyles and Logan Broyles; a host of other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will meet at Martin Wilson Funeral Home at 9:00 AM on Thursday July 9, 2026, to go in funeral procession to Macedonia Cemetery for a 10:00 AM graveside service with Rev. Jacob Hill officiating.
