One opposed race on the ballot; 240 early votes were cast

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Will voters in the Town of Jacksboro keep their current mayor, Mayor Shaye Green? Or will voters decide to go with Verlin Hatfield or Matthew Housley as the next mayor? Aside from just how many votes unopposed incumbent aldermen Roy Green and Jimmy Snodgrass will get, the mayor’s race is where all eyes will be focused.

The early voting portion of the Town of Jacksboro election concluded Monday with 21 ballots cast. The unofficial total of early votes cast is 240.
