After a respite from 90s for highs, they return Friday here in Campbell County
LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- There’s some patchy valley fog around this morning, though this will quickly clear by mid- morning. Max temperatures will be right around seasonal averages (86) with less muggy than normal conditions for early July. Get set for an absolutely beautiful day with sunshine and rain-free weather.
If spending a lot of time out in the sun, practice heat safety, stay hydrated, and use sun protection.
It’ll be rain-free and pleasant tomorrow for Independence Day as highs hit 90.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms will become more possible on Saturday and Sunday, mainly across the higher elevations during the peak heating hours of the afternoon. However, most of us will not see rain through Sunday. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-07/03/2025-6AM-GRAPHIC COURTESY OF THE NWS MORRISTOWN)
