Grand jury indicts on multiple child abuse charges

Three men, one woman indicted on crimes against children

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)-  The following indictments were handed down by the grand jury last week.

Harold Wayne Osborne – aggravated child abuse/neglect /endangerment; domestic assault; possession weapon-convicted felon crime of violence

Paul Michael Kogut – DUI; open container

Charles Edward Ayers – simple possession of schedule II controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance; simple possession of schedule V controlled substance

Jane Fixter – DUI; consideration of prior misdemeanor convictions-sixth or subs

Daphne Nicole Egner- child abuse/neglect /endangerment 8yrs or less-health/welfare; child abuse/neglect /endangerment; reckless endangerment –vehicle/felony

James Todd Beams – assault – threat of bodily injury

Gregory Samuel Jessie – aggravated child abuse/neglect /endangerment 8yrs under; child abuse/neglect /endangerment 8yrs or less-imminent danger

William Skylar Shepard – vandalism over $1,000 under $2,500; false imprisonment; kidnapping; domestic assault

Logan Ronald York – aggravated assault-strangulation; vandalism over $1,000 under $2,500

Fredrick C. Pierce and Romona Marie Strohl -criminal impersonation; three simple possession of methamphetamine; simple possession of morphine; four counts possession of drug paraphernalia; introduction of contraband; felon in possession of firearm; simple possession of marijuana

Garry Jay Wright – fourth offense DUI; fourth offense DUI Per Se; suspended/ cancelled/ revoked driver’s license

Thomas Dorsel Elsea- attempted illegal payment in connection with placement of child; sexual exploitation of a minor; two counts solicitation of minor- aggravated rape; two counts aggravated rape of child- solicitation
