Grand jury indicts for vehicular homicide

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)-  The following indictments were handed down by the Campbell County Grand Jury last week:

-Michael Scott Ball – vehicular homicide driver intoxication; three counts aggravated vehicular homicide; three counts vehicular homicide driver intoxication; three counts vehicular homicide by recklessness; reckless endangerment – vehicle/felony; DUI; first offense DUI- Per Se

-Sheena Anderson – DUI; possession of drug paraphernalia  

-Jennifer Danielle Bloom – domestic

-Mendy Lynn Roberts – DUI; violation of implied consent law; suspended driver’s license

-Dustin Luied Brewer – third offense DUI ; third offense DUI BAC over .15; failure to exercise due care; driver’s license revoked due to DUI conviction; violation of implied consent law; vehicular assault ; reckless endangerment – vehicle- felony; tampering with evidence

-Casey Talley- fifth offense DUI; second or subsequence DUI due to conviction of DUI; consideration of prior misdemeanor convictions 6th or subsequent

-Kelsey Breann Thompson – domestic assault; assault on law enforcement officer; retaliate for past action

-Mendy Lynn Roberts – DUI; violation of implied consent – enhancement only

-Vanessa Seiber – aggravated burglary; attempted theft up to $1,000

-Kevin Wayne Berry – aggravated burglary; theft up to $1000

-Casey Lynn Lemarr – simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance; resist stop, arrest, search (no weapon)

-David Lee Taylor – maintain dwelling for drug use; possession of schedule II controlled substance (Cocaine) with intent to deliver; felony possession of drug paraphernalia   

-Delbert Lee Bolton and Shonda Deshea Davis – two counts Meth- manufacture, deliver, sell, poss. with intent – 26 grams or more; two counts possession of Meth with intent to sell over .5 grams; felony possession of drug paraphernalia
