A total of 24 charges among the five individuals who were indicted

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Last week, the Campbell County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments:

  • Ronald Ward – felony evading arrest, possession drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Cocaine) with intent, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent, two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent
  • Otis Earl Robinson – possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent, two counts possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent
  • Minnie Margaret Baird -two counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl) with intent, possession of Meth
  • Scott Keith Orick – possession of a schedule controlled substance II with intent, tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of a schedule II controlled substance  
  • Billy Joe Durham -simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia  
  • Johnny Harold Baird II -DUI
