It was a picture-perfect Saturday for Pink Lemonade. Young entrepreneurs Macie Boyles and Madison Jordan spent Saturday morning making a home-made sign, mixing up some pink lemonade and baking chocolate chip cookies. The girls had a lemonade stand set up along old Highway 63 and were trying to earn money for a “girls’ day to get their nails done and stuff like that.”

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- I was out riding my motorcycle Saturday morning and came across these two young ladies with their lemonade stand set up along old Highway 63 about a mile up from Valley View School.

Anyway, I couldn’t resist and bought some pink lemonade for $2 and two cookies for $1. It was $3 dollars well spent.

Nice to see kids still being kids and setting up lemonade stands. The world can’t be all that bad.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 09/09/2024-6AM)
