Wlaf1450Mr. Frank “Frankie†Phillips age 63 of Jacksboro passed away Monday, October 15, 2018. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of Royal Blue Baptist Church. Preceded in death by Parents, Millard and Dessie Tackett Phillips; Brother, Charles Edward “Eddie’ Phillips; Several Aunts and Uncles.Â

Survivors: In Frank’s words, His Better-Half of 18 years, Mary Jones, Sons, James Matthew Joes and William Cody Jones; Uncles, Frank Phillips and Wife, Faye, John Phillips, and Bill Phillips; Sister, Dorothy “Dottie†White and Husband, Roy; Several Nieces, Nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.Â
