Frances Elaine Bolton, age 74, of LaFollette passed away Friday, May 16, 2025. She was a member of White Oak Church of God. Preceded in death by Husband: Billy Wayne Bolton, Parents:

R. L. Moore and Mary Martin, Brothers: Allen Moore, Darrell Moore, twin brother Charles Moore, Steven (Jim) Moore.

Survived by:

Sons: David Rose, Steven Rose and Jessica

Grandchildren: Jacob (Billie Jean) Rose, Kolton Rose, Jaxon Rose, Braxton Rose, Isaac Rose, Aaron Rose, Kiera Rose

Great-Grandchildren: Kylie Rose, Konnor Rose

Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Monday, May 19, 2025, at New Life Ministries with the funeral service to follow at 7 PM, Rev. Warren Marlowe Officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 AM Tuesday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery for 11 AM Interment.
