Moderate to possibly heavy rain is likely at times this afternoon and evening. A minor flooding threat develops by this evening.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- A storm system will bring multiple rounds of moderate to heavy rain today and tonight and again on Wednesday afternoon  and evening. This will bring two-day rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches across the area with locally higher amounts. This additional rainfall will likely result in areas of flooding.

The FLOOD WATCH runs for Campbell County and the region from noon Tuesday through Thursday morning. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
