Esther Hatmaker, age 79, of LaFollette passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026. She was a member of Chaska Church of God. She was preceded in death by husband: Kenneth Hatmaker, daughter: Brenda Pierce, grandchildren: William and Walker Osborne, Nevah Hatmaker, Kaden White, Willow White, parents: Everette and Bertha Mettie Jane Shoupes Wilson, brothers: Jerry and Lonas Wilson, sisters: Charlie Kaiser and Mossie Ann Branam.

Daughters: Martha and husband James Roberts, Becky and Edwin Chambers, Melissa and Darryl White, Taylor Hatmaker.

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with Funeral Service at 7 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel., Rev. Nathaniel Roberts, Rev. David Roberts officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Wednesday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Peabody Cemetery for 11 AM Interment.
