Dennis Powers presents $10,000 grant to Historical Society

CARYVILLE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- “On Tuesday, June 30, at scenic Cove Lake State Park in Caryville, I had the privilege of presenting a $10,000 grant to the Campbell County Historical Society,” said State Representative Dennis Powers.

This support will help create a memorable America 250 celebration on July 4th from 1 to 7 p.m. at the park, according to Powers.

“I’m grateful for the Historical Society’s hard work and everyone who helps keep our traditions alive. This is another example of investing in what unites us,” said Powers.
