Danny Wells, age 67, of LaFollette

Mr. Danny Wells, age 67 of LaFollette, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Danny dearly loved his family, especially his daughter and grandchildren. He was previously employed with Furtex and enjoyed having friends come to visit him and have a good backyard BBQ. Danny had a great sense of humor, loved being outdoors, and also enjoyed his dogs, Clarence Joseph “C.J.” Wells and Toby. He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Mildred (Simpson) Wells, and brother, Donnie “Peewee” Wells, in January 2026.

He is survived by his daughter, Holly Blew; grandchildren, Carter Blew and Taylor Blew; sister, Donna White and husband, Maurice; brother, Mike Wells; sister-in-law, Regina Wells; special uncle, Troy “O.D.” Wells and wife, Alice Faye; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 11:00 -1:00 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. B.J. Bowman officiating. Interment will follow at Powell Valley Cemetery. Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Danny Wells.
